Post-Doc. Researcher

I’m a neurologist working on cognition, consciousness and sleep.  I study how far the brain processes information during sleep, and try to understand what are the changes in consciousness and vigilance states that take place in the descent to sleep and during the different sleep stages. I’m also interested in the role of sleep in cognitive functions and especially memory consolidation, and in the interaction between sleep and cognitive disorders in patients.
