Research

Angélique Remacle is a speech therapist. She holds a PhD in psychological sciences. After her thesis on the role of vocal loading in the development of voice disorders (ULiège, Belgium), she carried out a post-doc at the Gipsa-lab (Grenoble, France). As a F.R.S. – FNRS post-doc researcher, she worked on the acquisition of efficient vocal motor behavior by means of virtual reality. She currently conducts fundamental and applied research on the production and perception of human voice.

Since 2016, she has been teaching phoniatrics in the master’s program of Speech Therapy at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
