Research
Laurène Vuillaume is a PhD student associated with the ERC grant ‘The Radical Plasticity Thesis’. She is interested in the mechanisms of consciousness and how to modulate visual awareness. In particular, she will use suggestion-induction procedures such as hypnosis and placebo to modulate task performance (type I) and conscious awareness (type II) sensitivity to establish the relationship and the degree of dependency between each.
